A short update on Weekly.health
We wanted to share a brief update on Weekly.health.
Over the past six months, we’ve published weekly and welcomed thousands of readers interested in health, nutrition, and the evidence behind them. We appreciate the engagement and thoughtfulness you’ve shown throughout that time.
For the time being, we’re going to pause new issues while we step back to review the direction of the newsletter and focus on a few other projects, including investing time in continuing our nutrition studies.
Nothing has gone wrong, and this isn’t a goodbye. It’s simply a deliberate pause to decide what shape Weekly.health should take next, if any.
Our full toolset is still online for you to use over at TheHealthspan.Academy, where you can calculate your BMI, BMR, and various other metrics, including plan out your macronutrient intake and a timeline for fat loss.
Our full archive of past newsletter issues is also still online to read at Weekly.health, and you can access them by just logging in with your email address.
Some of our past product recommendations are below, in case you want to review anything we’ve recommended in the past.
Thank you for reading and engaging with the newsletter over time.
If and when Weekly.health returns, we’ll let you know here.
Best regards,
The Weekly.health team
